Core concepts
Command Centre tour
Understand Farms, routines, run controls, schedules, environment health and evidence in the customer interface.
Main areas#
Overview
A fleet-level view of farm readiness, assigned routines, recent activity and anything requiring attention.
Farms
The saved farm identities, LDPlayer mappings and per-farm routine assignments.
Routines
Ordered collections of supported actions and their customer-configurable preferences.
Schedules
When eligible routines should start, subject to capacity and farm availability.
Environment Health
Windows, backend and emulator checks that should be healthy before automation.
Results and evidence
Per-run and per-step outcomes, including captures when a result needs inspection.
Run controls#
Run now is for a deliberate manual start. A schedule creates future eligibility; it does not guarantee that every farm opens at the exact second if capacity is already occupied. Stop should prevent new work and move active work toward an idle, bounded stopping point.
Select the farm and routine visibly before starting. If a control appears to do nothing, check Environment Health and the current run queue before clicking repeatedly.
When the interface asks for attention#
- Open the farm result rather than immediately pressing Run again.
- Read the last completed step and the first uncertain or failed step.
- View the evidence capture if one exists.
- Check whether the cause is game availability, configuration, environment health or an automation failure.
- Use the matching troubleshooting article before contacting support.
