Safety & support
Before contacting support: evidence checklist
Collect the smallest useful support package so a real issue can be understood without sharing secrets or an entire emulator.
Before escalating#
- Search this wiki using the exact visible symptom.
- Check Environment Health.
- Confirm the farm-to-LDPlayer mapping.
- Read the first unexpected step result and its evidence.
- Check task prerequisites, queues, event availability and configured limits.
- Retest only if the previous side effect is known and the recovery is safe.
Include these details#
| Detail | Example of useful information |
|---|---|
| Version | The VRA version shown in About or release details. |
| Environment | Windows version, LDPlayer version and approximate concurrent farm count. |
| Scope | One affected farm label, routine name and action name. |
| Timing | Date/time and how long the step ran before the result. |
| Outcome | The exact customer-visible status and message. |
| Evidence | The relevant screenshot/result after reviewing and redacting it. |
| Reproduction | Whether it repeats on one farm with one action at normal concurrency. |
| Recent change | Windows, game, LDPlayer, VRA or configuration change immediately before the issue. |
Do not include#
- Passwords, authentication cookies, recovery codes or payment details.
- Private API keys, licence secrets or infrastructure credentials.
- Dozens of unrelated screenshots or a vague “it does not work”.
- A full emulator export unless official support explicitly requests a safe, documented artefact.
Contact path#
Use the support channel published with the release. Until then, confirmed interest and project questions can be sent to [email protected]. Include “VRA support” and the affected workflow in the subject.
One issue per report
Separate unrelated failures. A focused report reaches a useful answer faster and prevents one resolved problem from hiding another.
Still stuck?
Complete the evidence checklist before contacting support. Never send passwords, recovery codes, payment details or private licence material.
