Future paid subscriptions

Before payment is accepted, the order flow will state the price, billing interval, taxes where applicable, included installations, renewal date, cancellation method, payment timing, support entitlement and any refund or withdrawal rights.

No lifetime licence is currently promised. Marketing estimates, development discussions and provisional prices do not create a right to a particular future plan.

Entitlement and offline resilience

A valid signed operating lease permits bounded offline operation and is refreshed periodically. A failed network request, malformed response or unavailable entitlement service does not replace a still-valid cached lease.

After the authoritative paid and signed grace deadline, Finetic may block new playback and new guest shares while allowing active playback to finish and keeping administration, renewal, backup, restore, export and diagnostics available. Exact grace periods remain subject to change before paid launch.

Cancellation, payment failure and revocation

Final cancellation and renewal instructions will be displayed before purchase. Cancellation will stop future renewal but will not normally erase a customer’s local media or database. Payment failure may enter a stated grace period before new playback is restricted.

Revocation is reserved for exceptional circumstances such as fraud, refunded access, compromised credentials, duplicated installation identity, material abuse or legal obligation. It is not intended as a synonym for an ordinary cancellation.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes refund, cancellation, conformity or other consumer rights that applicable law makes mandatory. Paid terms will identify the contracting trader and required contact information before checkout. Questions about the current evaluation can be sent to hello@youngstudio.uk.
